Our mission is to help our future home buyers not quite ready to buy a home through traditional methods to begin home ownership today. By providing a chance for them to build equity towards the purchase of a home or offering owner financing we help our future home buyers to realize the dream of owning a home before they know it through a lease option or owner financing. We feel that by starting today, a buyer can use those monthly rent payments as credits towards buying a home. Or simply through the use of our owner financing turn those monthly rent payments into mortgage payments instead. We are making properties available via owner financing or lease purchase to provide a solution for those saving toward a home but are not ready or unable to obtain bank financing. By offering our homes via owner financing or lease option we help our buyers into a home now and create a situation where they can purchase or refinance their home with immediate equity when the decide to take that step.
