You will have the benefits of being a homeowner before you actually buy it with a lease option. Again, you have 2 to 3 years or more to take advantage of the lease option. If you are not interested in buying the home you can simply walk away. We have made a commitment by offering a lease option to you however you are not obligated to buy the home if you choose not to. We hope you will choose to purchase the home.

We can even help you to find financing and assist with closing costs at the end of your lease option or when you decide to refinance if you ask for our help. A good rule of thumb to use when finding out how much your monthly payment will be is the 1% rule. Which means if you know the home you are looking for has a price of $110,000 then your payment will be about $1,100 per month. This is a rough estimate, each individual's situation will be different due to down payment, property taxes, and other variables that are different from home to home and buyer to buyer.
